Homemade drain cleaner without chemicals

Hardly any cleaning agent smells as unhealthy as a conventional drain cleaner. Everyday household scenes like this one should get us thinking: “No, don’t go near the sink, I put drain cleaner in there!” Why do we dump something into the drain that we think is so harmful to our health that our loved ones should not get too close to it?

Fortunately, this does not have to be the case. Check out this non-harmful ecological drain cleaner:

Homemade oven cleaner without chemicals

Inhaled too deeply while cleaning the oven? The pungent smells rise up into the nose… and the coughing begins. This is a pretty sure sign that the oven cleaner is not good for your health. In addition, some of the conventional oven cleaners are flammable, so be very careful. And to make matters worse, the cleaner smell often lingers astonishingly long in the oven. The first round of rolls may remind you of the last oven cleaning. Fortunately, this is not, how it has to be. Because oven cleaning without chemicals also works!

Homemade bathroom cleaner (fruity!)

How about an eco bathroom cleaner that smells of fresh citrus fruits? Works with oranges, mandarins, lemons or even grapefruits. The best thing about it: You can squeeze the fruit beforehand and drink the juice. The peels are sufficient for this homemade cleaner.

Make your own cleaning agent. You will need this:

Cut the citrus peels into pieces, put them in the glass and pour the vinegar over them. Make sure that the peels are completely covered with vinegar at all times to prevent mould. The cleaner is ready after two to three weeks. Let the liquid run through the sieve, fill it into the spray bottle and start.

The citrus cleaner is ideal for the toilet, shower, bathtub and washbasin. The ecological cleaner has a long shelf life and does not need to be kept in the refrigerator.
